Reed with On the Edge Exteriors provided a fast response to my request. He contacted me on Wednesday and arranged to meet with me the following day to evaluate a roof leak. He gave me an on the spot quote after assessing the problem. He then contacted me on Saturday to say that one of his workers was willing to complete the work on Sunday. His worker showed up as scheduled on Sunday afternoon and had the repair completed within a few hours. So far, after some significant rains, I haven’t had any leaks. Thanks to Reed and Aidan for their prompt proficient, and professional work.

During a major crisis of a very bad storm that swept through the state of North Dakota in which it tore off the shingles from our house, shop, and half the roof of our horse barn was completely gone. When dealing with other contractors for quotes we were so fortunate to have come across Reed. Reed is a very honest contractor and gave us a reasonable quote compared to other contractors who gave extremely high quotes along with a time span of not knowing when they might come out during a crisis. Reed along with his employees were very respectable, professional and well organized. I was so amazed at how fast they had our roof completely done on our house within a day. I want to thank Reed and his crew for all the hard work, high quality and how fast they responded and how they completed the roof on our house as we had my elderly mother living with us at the time. We never suffered any water leaks with our house. I’ve never seen such a dedicated crew along with Reed work so hard in making sure the house was completed within a day. The quality of the roofing is just remarkable and the amount of time it took them to do it was totally amazing. I would highly recommend this company for any construction and roofing needed as the job that they do is very high quality, very efficient with getting things done quickly. The area was cleaned and picked up beyond our expectations, including old shingles that blew out over our yard during the storm. Even to the point where one guy was spot cleaning our entire deck that we ourselves had a mess that wasn’t their doings. When I mentioned he didn’t need to do all that work he replied we leave everything spotless. From our experience I can guarantee that Reed is honest, communicates well and delivers a professional job with his crew that exceeds expectations. Our House, Quonset (shop) and Barn look fantastic.
